A review request should make honest feedback easier, not influence what a customer says. Use these rules whenever you place a VouchCue review card.
Ask every genuine customer
Use a consistent invitation after a real transaction or service. Do not ask only customers you expect will leave a positive rating.
Do not offer rewards
Avoid discounts, gifts, entries, refunds or any other incentive in exchange for a review.
Do not request a specific rating
Invite honest feedback. Do not ask for five stars or tell customers what to write.
Do not pressure anyone
Make the request optional and give customers space to decide. Staff should never stand over a customer while they write.
Do not use review gating
The card should open the public review page directly. Do not filter unhappy customers into a private form while sending only happy customers to a public platform.
Check platform policies
Review platform rules can change. The business using the card is responsible for following the current policies that apply to its listing.
