Do customers need an app?
No. Compatible phones can open the NFC link directly. The QR code works through the phone camera.
Does the card need charging?
No. The NFC tag is passive and needs no battery, cable or charging.
How do I connect my review page?
Tap or scan the card, sign in or register on the setup page, paste your public Google review link and save it. Never share your Google account password.
Can I change the link later?
The supplier states that the destination can be updated through the setup account. Test this function before permanent installation.
Will NFC work with every phone?
NFC requires a compatible phone with NFC enabled. The printed QR code provides a camera-based alternative.
Where should I install it?
Use a clean, dry and smooth surface near a natural customer touchpoint such as reception, checkout or pickup. Test both links before peeling the adhesive backing.
What is included?
One 12 cm by 12 cm adhesive NFC and QR review card in your selected colour. The card is approximately 2 mm thick.
Will it guarantee more reviews?
No. It makes the review page easier to reach, but participation, ratings, rankings, sales and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
